Mr. Lagnado has more than thirty years experience as a litigation attorney.

Mr. Lagnado has owned and managed his own practice for more than ten years. He has litigated a wide variety of disputes, including commercial, real estate, insurance and personal injury matters, for all types of clients, large, medium and small, plaintiff and defendant. 

Mr. Lagnado's extensive trial experience and successful track record have prompted other attorneys to retain him as trial counsel for their valued clients in their most important litigation.

Mr. Lagnado was previously associated with Lustig & Brown for 2 1/2 years. He spent most of that time pursuing and protecting the interests of a pre-eminent excess and umbrella liability insurer and its insureds. He counseled claims representatives on liability exposure, monitored and guided litigation, negotiated settlements and defended insureds at trial. He also acted as lead defense counsel for the insureds of various primary liability insurers in various types of personal injury litigation.
